Who viewed or changed what, and when. Face ID or passkey sign-in, separate staff logins on Pro, new-device alerts, a 15-minute auto-lock and a password change every 60 days.
Age and ID checks built in
Photo ID captured once and kept on file. Date of birth is checked at booking, so under-18s can't book. Minimum booking notice is set by you.
Checkout and gift vouchers
Take the balance at checkout with deposits already deducted. Sell gift vouchers with expiry dates and one-time codes, emailed as a branded voucher.

Questions clinics ask
Can I move from MeridiQ?
Yes. Export your client files from MeridiQ and import them into Scriptis. Each client's documents are filed on their record in a MeridiQ tab, so nothing is lost.
Is there a charge on deposits or payments?
No. Payments go straight to your own Square, Stripe or SumUp account and you only pay their card fee. Scriptis takes nothing.
Do I need a contract?
Monthly is rolling with 30 days' notice. Annual is a 12-month term at the lower price.
What happens to my records if I leave?
Download a full backup of your client records before you close your account. Once an account is deleted or deactivated, all its data is permanently deleted. If you'd like us to export and send your data for you, there is a £600 charge.
Does it work on an iPad in clinic?
Yes. Scriptis runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and can be added to your home screen like an app. Clients sign consent on the same iPad you take photos with.
Can I put booking on my own website?
Yes. Settings gives you a booking link to share, a shortcode for WordPress and a short code for any other website.
