Questions practices ask
Can each therapist have their own login?
Yes, on Pro. Every therapist has their own login and sees only their own clients. The practice owner and admin staff can see everyone.
Do clients fill in forms every time they book?
No. New clients complete your intake forms once and they stay on their file. Returning clients go straight to booking.
Can clients pay online?
Yes, through your own Square, Stripe or SumUp account, and Scriptis takes no commission. Your card provider charges its own standard fees. You can also keep taking payment by bank transfer.
Can I offer online and in-person sessions?
Yes. Set where each therapist works, online, at your rooms or across several locations.
What happens to my records if I leave?
Download a full backup of your client files before you close your account. Once an account is deleted or deactivated, all its data is permanently deleted. If you'd like us to export and send your data for you, there is a £600 charge.
Can I put booking on my own website?
Yes. Settings gives you a booking link to share, a shortcode for WordPress and a short code for any other website.
