Billing, offers and cancelling
Who is Scriptis for?
Aesthetic and skin clinics, and counselling and therapy practices in the UK, from practitioners working on their own to practices with a team.
Are there booking fees or commission?
No. You pay your plan only. Card payments go straight to your own Square, Stripe or SumUp account.
Can I use it on my own website?
Yes. Embed your booking page in any website or use the WordPress plugin, on both plans.
Is there a free trial?
No. Instead, your first month on a monthly plan is half price. Normal monthly pricing applies from your second month.
Can I move between Basic and Pro?
Yes. Moving up to Pro happens straight away. Moving down to Basic takes effect from your next billing date.
How do yearly plans work?
Yearly plans are 10% cheaper than paying monthly. They are paid upfront for 12 months and are non-refundable.
How do I cancel a monthly plan?
Give us 30 days' notice from your billing page or by email. You can keep using Scriptis until the notice period ends.
Is the price the same for aesthetics and therapy?
Yes. Both systems use the same Basic and Pro plans and prices.
What happens to my data if I close my account?
Download a full backup from Scriptis before you close your account. Once an account is deleted or deactivated, all its data is permanently deleted. If you'd like us to export and send your data for you, there is a £600 charge.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices shown exclude VAT.
